What does each rank do?

Leader - This is fairly obvious. The guild leader is responsible for overseeing everything in the guild. Not only does this include the game, but she is also in change of the Steam and Facebook groups, running our discord server, and managing all of the guild's sites (GW2, BDO, ESO, FF14).

Co Leader - This is a lot like the Leader. Whoever this is would be responsible for helping to oversee all aspects of the guild. They're expected to maintain all ruless, and if the need arises, remove someone from the community that is not following these rules.

PvE Officer - This officer, as the name suggests, is dedicated to the PvE events, and helping to organize them. This doesn't mean that they don't partake in other events, but as far as setting things up, their main job falls onto the PvE aspects of the game.

RP Officer - Very similar to the PvE Officer, but for RP. This person helps to largely regulate and maintain official (And unofficial if they wish to host them) RP events within the guild.

PvP Officer - This officer is in charge of organizing the PvP Tournaments. This is NOT a guild for siege, and as such, this is not for organizing those things. This is solely for the guild PvP event, the level 49.999 duel tournament.

"Sub Officer - This is an officer spot that is slightly below the others. They do not have a full thing that they oversee, instead think of them as junior-officers. They can still invite people, start missions, kick people, etc., but are considered a rank lower than type dedicated officers.

How to "Rank Up"

Co Leader - This is the hardest promotion to receive, not just because of time invested, but also because you are expected to be able to do the jobs of all three officer positions, as if they are not able to do so it will fall onto the Co Leader or Leader to do it, short of having to cancel the planned event. It will also require you to meet all requirements of being active.

PvE Officer - In addition to being an active and helpful member of the guild, you also should have a fair amount of knowledge of how PvE mechanics in the game work.

RP Officer - This is largely the same as the PvE officer, but you're wanted to know a bit about the game's lore. It also will be noticed if you have contributed to making RP events, or if you've been active in many RP aspects of the guild.

PvP Officer - Basically, you just have to help with guild things and be interested in running the PvP tournament. This is probably the easiest promotion of the officers.

Waiting Periods

All officer spots also have a minimum of a three day waiting period after the position becomes available within the guild. This is to prevent there being someone promoted that may not know anyone, or that is not fully interested in the position.

Co Leader waiting period is extended to seven days, for the same reason, and it will also give time to refill the officer rank that the new Co Leader is being promoted from.
